An interactive multi-touch experience providing insights into global social media conversations related to the pharmaceutical industry, developed for the executive boardroom at Novartis in Basal, Switzerland.



Experience Design
Early user experience concepts defining the user interface and visual outputs. These concepts where critical in defining various filter outputs visualizing 6 media channels; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, forums, and news sites.
Users could explore these channels by country, language, tag, influence, and sentiment. Influence was calculated by taking into account a combination of followers, shares, responses, and views. Sentiment was calculated with the analysis of key words.

Documentation of the types interaction users could perform using the multitouch display.
