Design for America is a student led design thinking program with a presence on university campuses across the United States.

Their mission is to teach students design thinking and human centered design principles, so they can develop innovative solutions to some of societies most pressing issues.

The growth model allowed us to identify key tasks and sequence them based on priority and resources. It helped DFA understand the most critical areas of focus and development to scale growth, as well as highlight dependencies within them.

The student journey map was a fun secondary output of our work, providing DFA with a recruiting tool to help incoming students understand the various touch points and skills gained over the course of the program.
